everything cycles
everything fades
and then finds the energy
to be again
it's good to be able to see
that the trees have changed color
and not miss it
it's good to be able to hear
the notes changing
the tone changing
and not miss it
it's good to be able to grow
within the cycle
everything starts
everything flows
and peaks
and then quiets down
at least for the song
to be able to play the flute
i will need to hear it
a soothing voice for the night
a twilight
